Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale our APAC Sales Development team. The role focuses on pipeline generation, coaching and developing SDRs, setting regional targets, and aligning playbooks with Sales and Marketing to increase qualified leads and conversion rates across time zones.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, metrics-driven SDR team.
- Implement and refine outreach strategies and KPI-based processes.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across APAC; travel within the region as required.
Qualifications: 5+ years in sales development with at least 2 years in people management; strong coaching aptitude; CRM and analytics experience; fluent in English and relevant regional languages.
