Job Description
PromoGen is on the lookout for a skilled and confident Sales & Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant) to join our Car Detailing Business in San Diego. We are looking for individuals who excel in communication, possess customer service experience, have a basic understanding of cars, and are familiar with CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and text
- Providing detailed service information, quotes, and assisting with bookings
- Understanding various vehicle types for accurate pricing
- Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions effectively
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Representing the PromoGen brand in a professional manner
Working Hours: Part-time | 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD time) | Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
