Job Description
The Progressive Education Network is looking for a committed Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and management of systems that gauge program performance and impact. This role includes providing technical support to program teams, performing data analysis, and creating high-quality reports to guide informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and processes.
- Collect and analyze data through surveys and program reports.
- Conduct monitoring visits and evaluations.
- Generate regular reports to provide program insights.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance M&E systems.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of M&E experience.
