Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Call Transfer Agent to join Primemax Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting incoming calls to our expert consultants across the Website, Mobile App, and Marketing departments, servicing clients in the USA.
Location: Karachi
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Requirements:
- Aged 15–20 years
- Education: O-A Levels
- Basic call center experience is a must
- Excellent spoken English skills
- Confidence when speaking on calls
Salary: Competitive, with performance-based incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at Rs25,00.00 per month
Work Location: On-site
