Job Description
Prime BPO & Telecommunications seeks a Sales Verification Consultant to support international campaigns. The consultant will verify U.S. customer information, maintain accurate records, and assist with medical equipment sales. Responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to U.S. customers to confirm details and identify needs
- Offering appropriate solutions and documenting outcomes with precise call logs
- Ensuring campaign compliance and meeting daily and monthly verification targets
Requirements: minimum 1 year of call center experience, fluent English with a clear, confident accent, strong communication and verification skills, and availability for night shifts. Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: Rs100,00–Rs150,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
