Job Summary: We are seeking a Claims Processing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our claims processing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and accurate submission of insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise team activities
– Ensure timely submission of claims
– Monitor and resolve claim rejections
– Provide training and constructive feedback
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams
– Identify and implement process improvements.
Compensation: $10.00 – $20.00 per month
