Job Description
Potato Logics is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative (female) to deliver timely, professional assistance via phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will resolve complaints, provide accurate product and policy information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
- Qualifications: High school diploma required; college preferred; up to 1 year of relevant experience acceptable.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, CRM and general computer proficiency, and flexibility to work nontraditional hours.
- Role: One in-person position; candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Lahore before starting.
- Compensation: Market-competitive salary (typical range Rs30,00–35,00 per month).
