Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to lead and expand sales across assigned regions. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to a small field sales team to achieve revenue and retention objectives.
- Responsibilities: set and monitor sales targets, develop territory plans, track KPIs, coach team members, and cultivate client relationships.
- Qualifications: minimum 3 years of field sales experience, proven leadership, excellent communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel.
