Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the afternoon shift (2 PM to 10 PM). You will manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot and resolve issues; accurately document interactions; and escalate complex matters when necessary.

Requirements: minimum 1 year of customer service experience, strong English communication skills, effective problem-solving, basic computer literacy, and availability for the specified shift. Preferred: CRM experience and the ability to multitask under pressure.
