Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Provide precise information regarding product availability and pricing.
- Resolve customer complaints and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications: Candidates must be fluent in English, possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.
