Job Description
Payflex Terminal is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Executive. We are seeking a driven and experienced professional with a strong passion for talent acquisition and exceptional communication skills. In this vital role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier international talent.
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Razi Road, PECHS Block 06, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for diverse positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and provide recommendations for candidate selection.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Over 2 years of international recruitment experience, with a focus on the USA.
