Job Description
PakWheels is on the lookout for a reliable and courteous Store Associate/Cashier to oversee operations at our Car Oil Change Service Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, possess basic accounting knowledge, and maintain a customer-oriented demeanor.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, generate accurate invoices, handle payment processing, maintain cash records, schedule service appointments, collaborate with the service team, promote current offers, ensure the reception area remains tidy, and address customer complaints effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business is preferred, along with 2–3 years of front desk or customer service experience. Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and billing software, and exhibit strong communication skills.
