Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Executive with expertise in technical recruitment and essential HR operations. This position will be responsible for spearheading recruitment efforts for both field and blue-collar roles, as well as facilitating onboarding and the employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment initiatives for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
- Oversee onboarding and exiting processes for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.
