Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is in search of a highly skilled and results-oriented Head of Production. The successful candidate will possess a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, along with 10 to 15 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing settings. Key responsibilities will include overseeing production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and demonstrating expertise in mechanical processes, production planning, and optimization.
Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams are crucial. Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
