Job Description

Pakistan Packages (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Production In-Charge to oversee our Offset Packaging division located in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of production operations, with a focus on optimizing productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: You will oversee the manufacturing processes, manage daily production schedules, lead and motivate staff, ensure optimal utilization of machinery, collaborate with various teams, and implement initiatives to improve efficiency.

Requirements: Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in offset printing or packaging management, strong knowledge of Heidelberg, KBA, and Novacut machines, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
