Job Description
Osynix Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in DHA Phase 5, C Block, Lahore. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Call Center/BPO industry.
This full-time role requires fluency in English with a neutral or US accent, as well as the flexibility to work night shifts in accordance with US time zones. The compensation for this position ranges from PKR 90,00 to PKR 120,00, along with additional benefits.
Responsibilities include providing real-time voice and chat support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and achieving performance metrics. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
