Job Description

In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email, provide accurate information about our products and services, and manage customer complaints professionally. You will handle order management and track communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, a customer-centric mindset, and ideally 1-2 years of customer service experience. A basic understanding of skincare products is a plus.
