Job Description
Optimum Advisory is on the lookout for a driven and experienced HR Manager with a proven track record in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance. Key responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, managing performance evaluations, and executing HR operations in accordance with U.S. standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (Master’s preferred), a minimum of 5 years of HR experience within the U.S. market, and proficiency in HRIS platforms.
Shift: Night (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) – ONSITE | Salary: $250K – $300K | Job Type: Full-time | Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 4.
