Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Customer Service Representative with 1–3 years of experience in call center, telesales, or customer support (IT/digital preferred). Responsibilities include making outbound calls to sell web development, SEO, and digital services; building and maintaining client relationships; assessing needs and proposing solutions; handling objections; and conducting follow‑up.
- Requirements: basic web/SEO/digital marketing knowledge, strong English communication, persuasive selling, and problem‑solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Details: Full‑time on‑site night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM). Salary: Rs55,00–90,00/month.
