Job Description
OmalbyKomal is urgently seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative for our Karachi Office.
Qualifications: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Fashion Textile Designing.
Experience: Fresh graduates to 6 months of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage new sales prospects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate promptly with customers across various channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and keep accurate records of interactions.
- Manage junior customer service representatives.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
