Job Description
Octet Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to oversee human resources tasks and support training initiatives for our front-end and back-end operations. Key responsibilities will include conducting team satisfaction surveys, facilitating employee training, processing payroll, managing the hiring process, and coordinating offboarding procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience
- Experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Computer proficiency is required
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PST (Night Shift), Location: Lahore
Pay: Rs 50,00.00 monthly, plus a Rs 10,00 fuel allowance.
