Job Description
Nultat International seeks a sharp, well-mannered Customer Retention Representative for the evening shift (4:30 PM–1:00 AM, Mon–Fri). Full-time, 12-month contract; pay from Rs30,00/month. You will provide professional customer support, resolve issues, process orders/forms/adjustments, update accounts, keep interaction records, and coordinate with colleagues. Requirements: graduate, fluent in spoken and written English, MS Office skills, able to write error-free emails for international customers, punctual, pleasant, quick learner, and available to join immediately. CRM (Salesforce) is a plus. Freshers welcome — training provided. No transport provided; candidates must arrange their own commute.
