Job Description
The Noble Group of Companies is seeking a key coordinator for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of:
- Real estate development and sales
- Project management and scheduling
- Approval and building permits
- Land valuation and forecasting real estate appreciation
- Financing real estate and impactful factors
- Marketing strategies and team leadership skills
Applicants should possess an MBA in Real Estate Development, Sales and Marketing, or Finance, with a minimum age of 35 and maximum of 50 years. Experience in project or construction management is preferred. Salary is between Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00 per month.
