Job Description
Noah Pro Max is currently looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to engage with clients via live chat on our website and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exemplary written communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a knack for assisting customers in selecting products and navigating the ordering process.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support.
- Exceptional written English language skills.
- Knowledge of packaging and sales processes.
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple chats.
