Job Description
NISAR SYNTHETIC LIMITED is actively looking for a qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources. This full-time position requires a candidate with 5-7 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. Manufacturing experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, a sound knowledge of organizational development, and an understanding of labor laws. Hands-on experience in operational roles, onboarding, recruitment, and official communications is also required. A strong command of compensation and benefits is crucial for success in this role.
Compensation for this position ranges from Rs80,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, with work being conducted in-person.
