Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accounts Executive to oversee financial transactions and maintain precise records in our real estate hospitality business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain rigorous bookkeeping records utilizing double-entry accounting principles.
- Prepare and analyze essential financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as vendor and client invoicing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
- Assist with tax compliance and preparations for audits.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong familiarity with bookkeeping practices and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
