Job Description
Nicon Group of Colleges is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the classroom by fostering strong communication skills, organizational capabilities, patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include managing lesson plans, grading, and maintaining student records while adapting to the diverse needs of students. A compassionate approach to teaching while ensuring accuracy in grading and providing constructive feedback is essential.
