Job Description
Nextech Packages is currently seeking a committed Personal Assistant (PA) to provide essential administrative and organizational support to our Chief Executive Officer. This position is crucial for ensuring the seamless daily operations of the CEO’s office. Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, overseeing communications, coordinating travel arrangements, and executing various administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
