Job Description
Nexline BPO, powered by RCMBS, is seeking full-time Verifiers to authenticate customer identity, contact, beneficiary, and policy information for auto insurance and final expense products. Responsibilities include validating documents, performing scripted verification calls, accurately recording data in the CRM, flagging discrepancies, and coordinating with agents to resolve issues while complying with state, federal, and company regulations.
- Qualifications: call-center or insurance verification experience, excellent verbal communication, professional phone etiquette, strong attention to detail, and proficient data-entry and time-management skills.
- Location: On-site. Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs80,00 per month.
