Nestlé Pakistan is on the lookout for a Regional Sales Manager who demonstrates exceptional communication and coordination abilities to spearhead our Sales Operations network and Field Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Field Sales Strategy for your designated region, ensuring that all objectives are met in alignment with our company’s principles and policies.
The ideal candidate should possess 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within a leadership capacity, with a proven record of achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
