Job Description
We invite passionate interns from the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) to apply for various kitchen positions. We are looking for candidates to join our teams specializing in Pakistani cuisine, cold kitchen, sushi, fry section, bakery, and Chinese cuisine.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining precise records of kitchen operations.
- Managing supplies and inventory levels.
- Supervising kitchen staff effectively.
- Conducting research to create innovative recipes.
- Mastering meat washing and frying techniques.
- Understanding marination and storage best practices.
This internship lasts for 3 months, with the possibility of a permanent position for outstanding performers.
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Compensation: Rs 20,00.00 – Rs 25,00.00 per month
