Key Responsibilities:

• Assess staffing requirements and role specifications.
• Develop and distribute job postings.
• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and optimize candidate experience.
• Perform reference checks and maintain recruitment databases.

Requirements:
