Job Description
MY University invites applications for a full-time, in-person Assistant Professor of Management Sciences (specialization in Human Resource Management or Marketing). The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, prepare course materials, evaluate student performance, and supervise classroom activities. Responsibilities also include conducting original research, publishing in reputable journals and books, and presenting findings at academic conferences.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Management Sciences (HRM or Marketing) from an HEC-recognized institution. A demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence, scholarly productivity, and collegial service is required. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant teaching and research experience.
