Job Description
Mugshei Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Officer to enhance our BPO operations during the night shift in Garden Town, Lahore. This full-time role demands a confident and well-organized individual capable of independently managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing recruitment processes for BPO positions.
- Maintaining comprehensive employee records and managing attendance.
- Conducting new hire orientations and facilitating training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: Up to PKR 50,00/month.
