Job Description
MoveUp Technologies is on the lookout for an energetic and skilled Operations & Business Development Manager to manage the comprehensive workflow of our construction estimation firm based in the United States. This role entails overseeing internal processes, leading the estimation team, and nurturing client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full estimation process, from lead generation through to project completion.
- Lead a dedicated team of estimators and support personnel.
- Implement cold calling and strategies for client acquisition.
- Prepare and present detailed project proposals and bids.
- Foster and maintain robust client relationships.
Qualifications: A proven track record in operations or business development within the construction industry is required.
