Job Description
We seek an experienced People Operations leader to define and execute HR strategy and build scalable processes that enable growth and a high-performance culture. You will lead talent lifecycle, performance management, compensation, policy, compliance, HRIS, and employee engagement, and partner with leaders on organizational design, change initiatives, and DEI programs.
- Requirements: 8+ years in HR with at least 3 years managing teams.
- Deep expertise in HR systems, employment law, people analytics, and project management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; master’s preferred. Able to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
