Mindzeye Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Calling Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. You should be adept at engaging with customers and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Responding to incoming inquiries
- Promoting our products and services
- Maintaining detailed call logs
- Meeting established sales targets
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of calling experience, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of closing sales. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
