Job Description
Job Purpose: The MTO – Accounts Receivable position is a developmental opportunity aimed at enhancing expertise in receivables operations, optimizing cash flow, and fostering strong customer relationships. Trainees will acquire skills in invoicing, collections, credit management, and accounts receivable automation systems, with exposure to various finance functions through rotations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce and distribute precise invoices utilizing ERP systems.
- Address billing discrepancies by collaborating with sales and customer service teams.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively reach out to customers regarding overdue payments.
- Properly allocate payments to customer accounts and reconcile remittances.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and maintain accurate customer records.
Skills Required: Strong analytical, accounting, and organizational abilities to ensure efficient financial operations.
Position Qualifications: ACCA Part Qualified, MBA, M.Com, BBA, CA Inter, ACMA Inter.
