Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a retail pharmacy environment
Education: Pharm-D degree required
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute pharmacy operations effectively.
- Supervise and prepare pharmacy reports, coordinating with the head office.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Create a disciplined workplace culture within the pharmacy.
- Train staff on new products and enhance team knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff development.
- Uphold and improve quality standards within pharmacy services.
