Job Description
Join our Canadian commercial brokerage’s virtual office as a Business Development and Bridging Specialist. This role focuses on bridging business opportunities through the creation of detailed information packages, financial analysis, and summarization of key metrics such as ROI, Cap Rate, and ROI with leverage. You will work closely with designers to develop visually appealing packages, engage in market research, and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal | Office Hours: 5 PM – 2 AM (Monday to Friday)
Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
