Job Description
We are seeking energetic, confident Closing Specialists to perform outbound verification and closing calls. Candidates will verify customer information, provide concise service explanations, address inquiries, guide customers to completion, and accurately record call outcomes. Strong verbal communication, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are required; prior call-center experience is advantageous. This is a full-time night-shift position (7:00 PM–5:00 AM), open to fresh graduates.
- Salary: Rs40,00–60,00/month + bonuses
