Job Description

Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is currently seeking dedicated Customer Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will engage with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. We welcome applications from both male and female candidates for our in-house campaign.

As a Customer Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, showcasing our products and services, and successfully closing sales. Please note, we are specifically hiring for the Night Shift for our International Campaign.

Preferred qualifications include: 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and a self-motivated, results-driven attitude.

The salary ranges from Rs30,00 to Rs60,00 per month, with attractive bonus opportunities of up to 1 Million.
