Job Description
Mars BPO PVT LTD, located in Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our MedAlert campaign. This is a full-time, on-site position with night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The salary ranges from PKR 150K to 200K per month.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of call center management experience and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Your main responsibilities will include supervising daily operations and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
