Job Description
Marketing Kingdom is looking for a Corporate Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance and support. This vital role involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws, managing legal risks, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising senior management on legal matters. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, negotiating contracts and agreements, monitoring regulatory changes, and addressing compliance issues effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a law degree, a valid legal license, and several years of experience in corporate law. A strong understanding of corporate governance and excellent analytical skills are crucial for success in this position.
