In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the HR Manager to facilitate recruitment, coordinate employee relations, and manage essential documentation, ensuring seamless HR processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Maintaining employee records and attendance logs.
  • Supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Coordinating and implementing staff training programs.
