Job Description
The MAP Group of Companies is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Officer. This pivotal role entails ensuring efficient shipment planning and precise management of shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Climax software.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with customer service teams, submit shipping instructions, monitor VGM filings, coordinate with courier services, and guarantee the prompt dispatch of documents.
Qualifications: Prior experience is preferred, along with excellent organizational and time management skills. The ability to perform under pressure and a bachelor’s degree are essential.
