Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Patient Collection Associate to oversee billing and collections. In this vital role, you will ensure accurate invoicing and facilitate the timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Billing Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue precise invoices.
- Verify invoice accuracy prior to distribution.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records.
- Process credit memos and enhance billing procedures.
- Manage online payments effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
Collection Responsibilities:
- Follow up on overdue payments.
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Billing and proficiency in English.
