Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operational Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our multiple mental health clinic locations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows, ensure compliance with HIPAA, and foster collaboration across departments. Key responsibilities include training operational and billing teams, monitoring clinic performance, and implementing process improvements. Strong communication skills are essential as you’ll be the primary contact for US-based clients. This is a full-time position based in Lahore, with a preference for applicants who can reliably commute or are willing to relocate.
