Mac Care is actively seeking dedicated doctors and physicians to join our team as Patient Outreach Specialists for our night shift operations. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound patient communications, primarily focused on scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address patient inquiries through phone and email.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments effectively.
• Accurately input and manage patient data in electronic health records (EHR).
• Process health insurance information and verify patient benefits.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
• Must be available for night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM PKST.
