Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd is looking for a compassionate and skilled Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in making sure that each customer interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and needs.
- Provide prompt information regarding products and order status.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Work Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M., Monday to Saturday
